The JB Members Creed [Nourish Yourself]

Our Members Creed is a simple text which outlines the core values we hold for our members development. It’s broken down into three key statements:

  1. Develop Your Physicality
  2. Nourish Yourself
  3. Be Part Of Something Bigger

Each statement contains its own set of declarations. The declarations are simple, yet when combined and expressed on a consistent basis, extremely potent.

NOURISH YOURSELF

  • Eat real food and know how to prepare it. Supplement if necessary
  • Drink at least 2L water a day
  • Sleep min 7-8 hrs a night
  • Meditate daily
  • Make time for personal development
  • Expose yourself to nature everyday
  • Enjoy life and laugh often

We aim to instil these values in our members through various aspects of what we offer – from our class programs, to our social events, to the specialty workshops we run in the gym. Our upcoming Lifestyle Project will be diving deeper into these specific areas of ‘Nourish’ and helping our tribe emerge victorious from a turbulent first half of 2020
